[Even in tense situations, Cheyenne was generally a very calm person. But the voice coming through the journals right now sounds very strained. There's a small cut on her cheek and a bit of blood on the other. She's trying to keep her voice steady, succeeding for the most part. But oddly enough, it doesn't sound like she's in pain. The way she's breathing and the manner she seems to be holding herself almost gives the impression that she's afraid of something.]
[But this was Cheyenne. That couldn't be it, right?]
I don't suppose... there are any healers in town willing to make house calls?
[[ooc: If your character has anything strange about them that Cheyenne might notice by looking at their soul (since that's the way she sees everything) please take a look over at her Permission Post! Also, don't worry about breaking time-space here. |D]]

Re: [Voice]
I'd need a look at the fingers.
[Voice]
I don't suppose you could come over right now?

Re: [Voice] -> [Action]
Ray Wing!
[The transmission ends in a gust of wind. About five minutes later, a knock sounds at the door of Cheyenne's apartment.]
[Action] /sorry for late; rl got crazy. |D
[The voice that follows sounds rather strained.]
The door is open.
Re: [Action] No biggie, I've done worse XD
Ch-Cheyenne? Hey, Cheyenne!
[Action] xD~
[And so there she is, sitting on the ground and trying very hard to keep a straight face despite having fallen on her already injured hand. She still has it wrapped in a towel, through in falling some of the blood from the towel had stained her dress.]
Hello, Lina.
Re: [Action]
[Lina, for her part, isn't trying in the slightest to keep a straight face. She scurries over, practically skidding on the last few feet as she drops into a crouch next to the girl.] A-Are you okay? What's happened? Where...[She winces when she spots the towel.] Jeez!
[She visibly gulps.] Look, I'm...going to need to get a good look at it. Do you mind?
[Action]
Of course. [A small frown.] ...you do not need to touch me to do so, do you?
Re: [Action]
[Action]
[There were a few cuts along her arm, increasing in severity more towards her fist. And seeing as the worst wounds seemed to be centered around her knuckles, it gave the impression that she had intentionally punched something.]
Re: [Action]
Recovery!
[Soft white light and faint vibrations began emanating from Lina's palms, over Cheyenne's injuries. In short enough order the cuts would begin closing, starting with the shallower ones on her arms and ending with the gashes on her knuckles. Once those had healed, Cheyenne would feel the same vibrations under her skin, coaxing the bone of her wrist into putting itself back together. It would be a strange feeling, and quite warm, but hopefully not uncomfortable.]
[Action]
[The actual healing process itself wasn't completely foreign to her. The bones rearranging themselves was rather similar to how her usual regeneration worked. Having that ability entirely blocked by the barrier was certainly inconvenient...]
Re: [Action]
Her brow furrows in frustration when the spell moves on to Cheyenne's fingers. Her teeth start to grind, a low growl sounds in her throat. Slowly, the fingers do begin to laboriously mend themselves. However, they haven't yet completed the process when Lina takes a huge gulp of air, as though she'd been holding her breath for the last several minutes, and the spell ends.
Panting, holding a hand to her head, the sorceress looks apologetically at Cheyenne even if the girl can't see it. Her efforts have definitely had an effect on Lina's own stamina.]
Geez...I'm sorry, Cheyenne, but I think that's all I've got.
Stupid power cap.
[Action]
There is no need to apologize. You've already done plenty. I can deal with this as it is. [She smiles, the smile looking much less forced than it had previously.] Thank you, Lina.
Re: [Action]
Hey, can I fly you to the clinic, at least? Maybe they can finish fixing you up.
