[It was Sunday today. That meant today was the day Cheyenne had to do something she hated doing more than anything else in Luceti.]
[Grocery shopping.]
[She can be found walking around inside the grocery store, holding an empty bag at her side. Every so often she picks something up, frowns at it, and then puts it back. Occassionally she might shake something, maybe even peek under her blindfold in the hopes of getting a better look at it, but so far that bag looks pretty empty. She'll keep this up for about an hour until she's filled the bag, most of it either produce or something microwavable, and then make her way back to CH 6 to drop her things off. Unfortunately, all the snow from the day before was still covering most of the paths, so she'll probably trip once or twice on her way there.]
[That out of the way, Cheyenne moves on to how she usually spends her day: finding various places to relax and perhaps listen to the spirits passing by throughout the village. More often than not, that place is a bridge; the running water of the river underneath is one of the few things she's always able to see, after all. It's much more comforting than the stillness of her apartment, even if it is chillier sitting near the water.]
[And in the evening, after a failed cooking attempt that she won't be in the mood to talk about, she heads to Seventh Heaven to get something to eat there. All in all, a rather normal day for this illusionist.]

[She manages to see one of them nearby and plucks it out of the snow, but the others... not so much.]

[She helps herself back to her feet - hoping, of course, that he doesn't try to help her here, given what effect that would have on him.]
[Action]
It wasn't a problem. [He stands for himself.] I'd have to be a jerk to just keep walking by.

[Action]
[More so when it's a girl, but he doesn't want to have to explain that one. That's more of an etiquette standard he holds to guys, in any case.]
[Action]
[To be fair, its harder to avoid slipping in ice when you can barely sense the ground.]
[Action]
Well I'd hope it'd be different if someone actually were around. [There's a pause, and he frowns.] Are you headed much further?
[Action]
[A pause.] Although perhaps living quite so far away was not as convenient as I would have imagined.
[Action]
[He rubs the back of his neck. Moral compasses are more trouble than they're worth sometimes, but it's not something he can ignore.]
I can walk with you, if you want. Might help to have someone around in case you trip again.
[Action]
I appreciate the help. I would so dislike losing something and being unable to relocate it in the snow. [That would mean having to go shopping. Again. Once a week was bad enough.]
[Action]
[Action] /slowest ever
[But hey, at least she got the bag safely tied closed before tripping again? This time, she just falls to her knees. She doesn't get up right away, sighing.]
...it seems it is no small wonder why my kind is so rarely found living near icy terrain.
[Action] I've been kinda slow myself, so no worries. |D
Luckily for him, he was distracted by the clouds, and thus ninja reflexes weren't quite as sharp as usual. He feels a little guilty about that.]
I can sympathize. [Shikamaru hates this weather. B| He sticks a hand down, offering it out.] Need a hand back up?
[Action]
My apologies, but I believe it would be in your best interest not to touch me.
[Action]
But this isn't an interrogation; just a walk. After another second he shrugs. The hand remains extended, however.]
If you say so. Mind if I take your bag for you, then? It'll free up your hands.
[Action]
I can only hope this cold weather clears up soon. At the very least so that all this snow can melt...

From what I've read up on in the library about how the seasons work here, it should only be another couple of months before we start seeing some warmer weather.
